Digital Products

All products sold in this store are digital downloads (PDFs, workbooks, journals, and other online resources). Because digital items cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors that prevent delivery of your digital product. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and proof of issue.
